1. Cancellation & Changes

Appointments may be changed or canceled free of charge up to 3 hours before the scheduled time.

Changes or cancellations made within 3 hours, or no-shows, may limit your ability to make future bookings.
2. Completed Services

Once a treatment has been completed, refunds cannot be issued for any reason.
3. Promotions & Vouchers

Promotions, packages, and vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.

Expired vouchers cannot be extended or used beyond their validity period.
4. Exceptions

If a service cannot be provided due to spa-related issues (e.g., therapist absence, equipment malfunction), guests may choose between:

A full refund of the amount paid, or
-
A free rescheduling of the same service.
5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase.
