Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of services provided by New York Beauty Spa (“the Company”).
By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
This document is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

2. Services

  • Actual service details, duration, and pricing are indicated on each service page.

  • Treatments may be adjusted according to the client’s skin condition or health for safety reasons.

  • All treatments are designed for beauty and relaxation purposes only and are not medical procedures.

3. Booking & Confirmation

  • Reservations can be made through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or in person.

  • A confirmation message or email will be sent after your booking is completed.

  • Please review your appointment date and time carefully.

4. Changes, Cancellations & No-Show

  • Appointments can be changed or canceled free of charge up to 3 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Changes or cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment time, or failure to show up (“no-show”), may result in restrictions on future bookings.

5. Late Arrival

  • If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, another guest may be attended to first, and you may need to wait.

6. Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Vietnamese Dong (VND).

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, card (on-site), or supported QR payment.

  • No refunds will be issued once the service has been completed.

  • Prices and service details may change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will remain at the original rate.

7. Coupons & Promotions

  • The use of coupons, vouchers, and promotional offers is subject to individual terms (validity period, eligible services, etc.).

  • Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers cannot be reissued or refunded.

8. Therapist Assignment

  • Therapist selection is not available. Assignment is based on the daily schedule.

  • All therapists are fully trained and certified according to the spa’s internal service standards.

9. Hygiene & Safety

  • All tools and linens are either single-use or sanitized after each use.

  • Towels, sheets, and bedding are replaced for every guest.

  • The spa is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The spa is not responsible for minor skin reactions, allergies, or issues arising from undisclosed conditions.

  • Liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion, and if unresolved, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vietnam.
